Ulster University is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified External Examiner with effect from September 2020.
The vacancy is for our BSc Nursing (Mental Health). Applicants must hold current NMC registration in the appropriate field. Ideally interested applicants should have experience of external examining in at least one other Higher Education Institution but this is not compulsory.
Please note that we are unable to accept applications from you if:
- You are a current external examiner within Ulster University or have been in the previous four years if you have served a four-year term with Ulster University previously
- You are currently professionally involved with members of the programme team
- You have been employed within the previous five years by the University.
External examiners will be responsible for field specific modules and some generic modules across the programme and would be expected to engage with students in practice.
