The University of Northampton is looking for two External Examiners for:
BSc (Hons) Midwifery 3-year Programme
- External examiner: Levels 4 and 5 (Years 1 and 2)
- External examiner: Level 6 (Year 3) and the Nursing and Midwifery Competency Test Centre
BSc (Hons) Midwifery 3 Year Programme is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council

We are looking for someone:
- who is suitably qualified with expertise in the above areas, ideally a Programme Leader or Senior Lecturer on similar programmes;
- previous experience as an external examiner is strongly preferred for the BSc (Hons) Midwifery programme Level 6 and NMC Competency Test Centre provision
- previous experience as an external examiner is preferred but not essential for the BSc (Hons) Midwifery programme for Level’s 4 and 5
The appointment will be for the four academic years 2020 to 2024, from 1 October 2020
