The Department of Health and Wellbeing, in the School of Allied Health & Community at the University of Worcester, is seeking an External Examiner for the following programme:
- BSc Healthcare with Foundation Year
The BSc Healthcare with Foundation Year is a new course that started in 2020 and has had a robust recruitment. As well as entering the 4-year programme, students are supported to apply for consideration to transfer onto professional courses. Interested applicants must have relevant knowledge and clinical experience in health and social care and have HE experience of teaching, managing and assessing students on similar Undergraduate Degree courses.
The role further requires external moderation of assessments, attendance at the Boards of Examiners and completion of an Annual External Examiners Report.
The appointment will be with immediate effect.
Programme details will be provided to the appointee and a full induction day will be offered.
