The School of Health and Social Sciences is seeking qualified adult, child and mental health (or dual qualified) nurse educators to take on the roles of external examiner for a range of CPD modules on the following courses:
- BSc (Hons) Professional Practice (Healthcare)
- MSc Professional Practice (Healthcare)
with particular emphasis on renal and clinical innovation in healthcare modules. Experienced external examiners would be preferred, but those seeking a first experience and having relevant clinical and educational experience would also be considered.
The post requires external moderation of assessments, completion of an annual monitoring report and attendance at the relevant Boards of Examiners.
The appointment will be with effect from 1st June 2019 and will be for a full 4-year term. Full course details and documentation will be provided to the appointee and an induction day will be offered – to be held at the University following appointment.
