We are seeking to appoint a visionary, dynamic and ambitious Deputy Head of Health and Social Care. In this role you will play an important part in supporting the transformation of the Faculty and, specifically, leading the proposed development of a School of Health and Social Care at the Glenside Campus. The Deputy Head will support the Associate Dean for Health, Social Care and Partnerships and contribute to driving a culture of excellence and providing strategic support for the Faculty.

You will be integral in the development and implementation of the proposed school and as Deputy Head you will hold a key leadership and management role within the Faculty. You will be responsible for academic leadership of the school, ensuring its objectives are aligned to university strategy, and will work with the Deputy Dean for resources and strategic planning purposes.

An understanding and enthusiasm for all disciplines represented across the health and social care sector is vital to promote the delivery of high-quality teaching, research and external partnerships.
