The University of Salford is seeking to appoint an outstanding and talented individual as Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery. The post holder will work closely with the Director to provide strategic and operational management across the Directorate, further enhancing teaching, learning, research and enterprise activities.
To be considered for the post you will have current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and substantive experience of leadership and management in a higher education or a similar context. You will have a commitment to the provision of high-quality teaching and learning, and excellent student experience. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable commitment to and understanding of the current and future context of midwifery and nursing education and workforce development and a desire to be at the forefront of change that makes a difference to individuals, families and communities.
