The School of Health is seeking to appoint an External Examiner for the Certificate Multi-professional Support of Learning and Assessing Practice (MSLAP) programme.

The MSLAP programme runs three times per year, at academic levels 6 and 7, meeting the diverse needs of a range of multi-professional practitioners.

The successful applicant must be registered on the NMC register and have relevant experience of teaching mentorship programmes. The External Examiner will be expected to attend the programme assessment board, consider student work and contribute to the overall assessment process.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced academic staff. All appointments are subject to the candidate meeting the University’s criteria for appointment.

The appointment will be with effect from 1st October 2015 and will be for a period of four years.
