This preregistration programme has one annual intake of approximately 35-40 students.
The post will require consideration of assessments related to six modules of study including observation at OSCE events.
Applicants must be registered with the NMC.
The appointment is to commence in September 2017. The successful applicants will be invited to attend an induction day prior to commencement of the role.
Responsibilities include: commenting on draft assessment guidelines, commenting on draft examination papers, reviewing samples of students’ work, attending meetings of examiners (usually one per year), and submitting an annual report. We are also pleased to arrange for our external examiners to visit clinical areas and meet students and mentors if appropriate.
