The Associate Professor of Nursing is a key position within the University that will provide an opportunity for the right person to contribute to the growth and success of the undergraduate nursing education provision.

You will be course leader for our new MSci Nursing with Leadership Dual Registration (mental health and adult / mental health and children’s nursing) pre-registration programme, as part of the new School of Allied Health Professionals. The programme is a partnership with University Hospitals of Leicester and Leicestershire Partnership Trust.

In this role you will undertake curriculum development, programme leadership, academic management (as the academic team develops), teaching, scholarship and other activities to enhance the work of the School of Allied Health Professions and the College of Life Sciences. You will be expected to contribute to engagement and/or enterprise activities in support of your own work and that of the School of Allied Health Professions within the College of Life Sciences. You will play an active role within the School of Allied Health Professions and contribute to its wider running, offering leadership to both colleagues and students.
