The post holder will have specific responsibility for the strategic leadership and ongoing development of a portfolio of postgraduate degrees and continuing professional development activity. You should have a Masters degree in a relevant subject. This role entails leadership of a postgraduate team for all aspects of the student journey; from student recruitment to alumni, in order to ensure high levels of student satisfaction, progression and attainment.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual, with a track record of postgraduate development activity in the healthcare field. They will have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders across multiple interfaces. The successful applicant will have an established skill set and experience of; influencing & leading others, managing change, academic leadership and effective team building. Applicants should have experience in the design, delivery and quality assurance of clinical programmes and a qualification registrable with the HCPC or NMC is desirable.
