The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health has a broad provision of health professions related courses across Dietetics, Nursing, Midwifery, Occupational Therapy, Operating Department Practice, Paramedic, Physiotherapy leading to professional registration. We also have a large portfolio of CPD courses at UG and PG levels including Advanced Clinical Practice and Non-Medical prescribing. Coventry University is placed 13th in the UK University league tables (Guardian 2019) and nursing is 7th in the UK (Guardian 2019).
We are currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to take up a variety of positions within our highly innovative pre-registration Learning Disabilities team. These are:
- Assistant Professor in Learning Disabilities Nursing 0.6 FTE

Previous experience of teaching within a Higher Education Institution is highly desirable and your application should detail your areas of clinical/teaching experience and expertise.
The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for individuals who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
