The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic HCPC registered dietitian to work as an Assistant Lecturer/Lecturer/Senior Lecturer within an established team of academics delivering nutrition and dietetics programmes at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. The school has a broad provision of health professional courses which lead to professional registration and prides itself in interdisciplinary collaborative learning. We are looking for candidates that would like to consider full time or part time working on a fixed term or permanent basis. Applicants should have an excellent understanding of research within dietetics and may have an interest in public health nutrition. Previous experience of teaching in an HEI is advantageous.
The salary is dependent upon the skills and qualifications of the individual. The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for Lecturers who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
