The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health has a broad provision of health professions related courses across Dietetics, Nursing, Midwifery, Occupational Therapy,Operating Department Practice, Paramedic, Physiotherapy leading to professional registration. We are currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to take up a full time position as an Assistant Lecturer/ Lecturer Nursing for the Nursing Associate foundation degree course (3 permanent positions). Applicants will need to possess a Registered Nurse qualification. Previous experience of teaching within a Higher Education Institution is highly desirable and your application should detail your area of clinical/teaching experience and expertise. Applications are welcome from nurses with experience of working in Mental Health, Learning Disability and Children and Young People’s nursing. As the learners are apprentices you will be expected to support and liaise with their mentor and clinical placement area staff.
