Workforce

The Council’s workforce policy work focuses on:

• Influencing workforce planning across the UK, including the development of routes into the professions
• Understanding workforce needs and challenges
• Influencing and engaging with governments and commissioners in the four nations on pre and post-registration funding for our disciplines

This workstream draws on the Council’s data analysis, primary research and our members’ experiences, informed by the Council’s national level work.
