They both reflect on the importance of understanding your own biases and consider the barriers minoritised students and staff face in healthcare higher education. Paul shares insights about his allyship journey and turning point for him when he realised he had to be a better ally. Paul outlines some of the actions he has taken at his institution since this turning point, including starting to develop the Stars of the Future programme.
