The School of Nursing and Health Sciences is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse (or midwife) with current clinical experience to teach clinical and practical skills to pre-registration nursing students. The School’s pre-registration programme includes skills for practice in each year of the programme, and has an active programme of simulations, and makes extensive use of modern clinical skills laboratories.
This is an opportunity for a nurse with an interest in teaching to use their skills to support students as they progress towards registration. If you have at least 3 years post-registration experience, an interest in education, and broad experience in nursing skills we would welcome an application. We welcome applicants from all specialities and from both hospital and community services. You should be well organised with excellent communication skills.
Interviews will be held on 27 March 2017.
