As a Senior Lecturer you will be part of a high-performing team of academics committed to the delivery of quality NMC approved programme (Registered Adult Nurse) at Undergraduate and postgraduate level with a specific focus on achieving excellence in the student learning experience. As part of a highly productive and performance-oriented academic organisation, your duties will include course delivery, contribution to programme/course and module developments. You will also play a key role in student engagement and satisfaction while providing academic and personal support to the students at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.
You should be registered with the NMC and hold an undergraduate and Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent. Ideally, you will have completed a PhD/MPhil/Professional Doctorate in a related area or be willing to be supported to achieve this. You will also need a teaching qualification or equivalent (or willingness to achieve this). Successful candidates will also contribute to the research/enterprise activities in the area of Health.
