The University of Central Lancashire is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified academic to act as External Examiner for the MSc in Clinical Research.
The successful applicant must be an experienced researcher with relevant experience of teaching research methods at Level 7 or above. He/she will review modules within the masters programme (all at level 7) including dissertations in the students’ final year (60 credits).
The External Examiner will be expected to attend the course board, consider student work and contribute to the overall assessment process.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced academic staff. All appointments are subject to the candidate meeting the University’s criteria for appointment.
The appointment will be with effect from September 2017 and will be for a period of four years.
